We recommend all our customers that order to register in the Member Area. That allows you to easily check your order, address, newsletter options, your password and do address changes. It is the best way to have direct access to order information.
Please be aware, that if you change your address in the member area after you order has been fulfilled, your address change is only valid for your future orders. Please contact the carrier or our customer care team, if you have to change the address for your current order.
You can also register in the Member Area after you have placed your order. If you use the same e-mail address you used for your order, you will be able to see your current order status.
